Lori Perlstadt

Founded in 1984, Vivente Corporate Search (formerly Corporate Search) has a long and successful history of providing search and recruitment services to the life sciences sector.

Lori Perlstadt became owner and CEO in 2015.  In that time, she has transformed the San Francisco Bay Area company into a leading life sciences boutique executive search firm.

A Goucher College and Harvard Business School alumna, Lori has 25 years of experience in the professional services and human capital industries.

Lori delivers best-in-class client service to the biotech industry with a focus on small to medium-sized biopharma companies that want a dedicated partner to help build their business and leadership teams. Having grown several profitable multi-million dollar businesses, Lori’s proven record in talent acquisition, combined with her development experience, has enabled her to build on the company’s long history and impressive network in the biotech industry–a unique winning combination for emerging biotech companies.
